I make freezer meals for the family. I leave in one week and I'm very excited!

I made 10 meals today.

Mushroom Barley Soup

I made two kinds of Lasagna, one with meat and one without. I kind of found a bunch of recipes and put them together. I also didn't know what cottage cheese was in french so I bought something that looked like cottage cheese but when I opened it up, it wasn't. I still don't know what it was but I put it in anyways.

For the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Chili, and Chicken Curry because they all start with chicken I got messed up a few times so I'm hoping everything still tastes good :p

With all the recipes I try I never really follow all the directions and I add ingredients they didn't say to use to make it taste better, or at least I think it would taste better :) 

Saint Malo + Mont Saint Michel

Since I'm away for my birthday I wanted to do something really cool. I asked a friend if she would take me somewhere for my birthday. We couldn't go on my real birthday because its on Easter Sunday so we went 2 days before my birthday. First we went to Saint Malo then to Mont Saint Michel. I posted almost all my photos and it took all night to upload them! I started it right before I went to bed and it was finished when I woke up.
